About half the time, the program starts but its window never appears, and I have to quit it and try again before I can use it.

I am confident that my federal returns are accurate, and I receive the maximum return possible. I appreciate the ease of installation and use on my pc, and the help available at each step of the return. Information entered from the prior year's return are pre-populated into my current return saving me time and effort.

Pretty good downloaded software, but I have one pet peeve that's mostly a matter of cosmetics rather than function.
I have 9 items on the federal Schedule B, part 1 (interest income).
If Schedule B part 1 (interest income) has more than 7 items it shows them on a separate interest summary worksheet even though there are clearly enough lines available on Schedule B to show all 9 items.
You should only use an interest summary worksheet if there are more items than will fit on schedule B part 1, and it will also save me printing out the extra sheet of paper.

Everything was going good until just before filing e-filing. I was instructed to fix/review a couple things. After I did my review and made one change; the program shut down. I opened my return several times and it would shut down every time when I tried to submit for filing. I ended up having to complete a new return before I could file it.
