Easy to use

Easy to use except when using the Amended form, it was not clear when stating to use the FILE and SAVE AS to make the copy. It should have said use the computer FILE button and not the FILE button in the H&R software. I had to call for help.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I've always liked the Block product but this year ran into a frustrating glitch on my partner's return. She had taken her RMD from her IRA but the program steered me into a section about "excess accumulation", charging her a penalty. I finally cleared it out by going into Forms and changing the excess to zero because there was NO excess. Anyway, I think Block needs to fix that problem or there will be a lot of PO'd seniors out there.

Was an original Tax Act user. Great package!. Then Turbo Tax purchased them and killed it offering discounts to use Turbo Tax. Used them for many years but never liked it's 'flow' and over 'tone'. While using turbo I had my first error that was detected by the IRS and had to deal with it. This year I purchased your package and was very pleased with using it. Flow was so much better than TT. Thought I might have a short learning curve but didn't happen. Had only one problem tracking something down. Have 1099Q's for grandchildren and was never prompted about them. Had to go on-line to AI to learn they no longer have to be entered unless amount exceeds expenses.
