Excellent. Quick & easy to complete the whole thing.
But I am not able to import the 1099-B data from my brokerage. (Merryl lynch). I have to enter them manually. Again that is not a big issue. Overall everything is great.

The software is fairly easy to use. However, there are a couple areas where the software is not clear. Forms would an area to improve a bit. Always seems awkward viewing forms for a specific area if a question arises.

I've been using your tax software for over 20 years and I am completely satisfied with the product. My only problem is that as a loyal user I would think i would get a decent price reduction, but I don't. I always get communications as to how they are going to give me a discount, but i can usually get a much better deal from an online vendor,

I’ve used it for several years. However, my hubby has a 6 digit code. Won’t take it. It says you can make up a 5 digit pin. So we both did, since it won’t take the 6 digit pin. REJECTED. That aggravates me.

The update routine is quite flawed and really does not work if you try to follow the instructions. Going toi the web site is the only way that works. Then as you are performing it, the app does not tell you what it is doing. You might have fixed it during the last update but definitely not the earlier ones.
