Been using the software for many years. Just one disappointment. Because I have Trust Income to report (1041 and K-1) it prohibits me from filing my PA40 State Tax Return electronically.

I have always used TurboTax in previous years however they keep going up in price and their program no longer can be used with windows 10. So I am very pleased with your program and plan on using it next year.

Software is decent, but sometimes it leaves you hanging without explanation for something that you need to figure out. This year there was a common bug in the software and it crashed repeatedly - a lot of chatter about it online, so it was far from just being me. CSR support is pretty useless and I don't take their audit guarantee seriously at all. Its ability to upload the previous year is great. Fair warning, save everything you may need for future years offline. If you upgrade or change computers, or if it crashes altogether then getting and installing the software for ALL the previous years is pretty much impossible. I'm thinking IRS audits, or if you handle a family member's estate. I know this software well, so I'll keep using it until I can no longer read the really small print that cannot be enlarged.

The Required Minimum Distribution function very confusing and appeared not to work. The IA Help was a total loss for this issue. I have purchased this product 2019-2025 but have lost confidence in the product. I don't think I will purchase the product next year.

Little Help or Error Checking

I've used this software for years. But this year I noticed several errors. Thankfully the software did catch them in the end. But no help or instruction was provided on how to fix the errors. These were apparently required fields that the software did not require earlier in the process.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
