The first time I’ve used H & R Block Tax Return Software. Improvements that I would recommend is that when you change a value or answer to the question, that the software automatically updates it without trying to figure out how to delete the wrong value or answer.

double charge

charge me twice every year.Everytime I paid ask me for an update, after update the system charge me again.every year I have to do a claim on my bank.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have being using H&R Block Tax program for the past 5 years and never been disappointed, very simple to follow up and accurate with the numbers. Great product... Highly recommended!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

it helps but verify EVERYTHING

glitchy this year. w2 information kept messing up, had to redo it 3 times. only time this happened in the last 17 years I have used this software. That said at least it got AGI verification right whereas last year it didnt and thank god I checked it

Doing better but still needs perfecting

Federal Taxes are excellent. State Taxes for Arkansas still need work. AR1000ADJ line 3 needs to be improved. AR booklet instructions need to be reread for this issue. I still have to file by AR paper with corrections.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Social Security only filing will not work

H&R Block Deluxe will not work for Social Security only filing. No would (H&R personal) could fix this for me.
