Long time User on auto reorder.

Entering my routing number was difficult due to the drop down text boxes. Please allow entry of SS1099s in same manner as 1099Rs.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having many problems loading and retrieving this program. Used up all my allowable downloads and could not try to load it on another computer. could not find a phone number to call for support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Troubles

I made an error which required a 1040x amend. H& R provides a way to process this but their updates precluded the completion--once the update passed, a new update was required! More waiting. I will likely need snail mail to complete taxes.

Works but had an Issue with unflagged draft forms.

Program is easy to use; however it ran me through the program, questions etc., set me up to E-File, both Fed and CA state. Then after all that;; when I tried to print return it told that forms were still draft and not to file, after I already did. Would have been nice to know that before I filed. Rep said that I should have read all the release information. My mistake, and I will own it however if the system is going to warn you not to do something, don't have it at the end after you already did it. Awaiting to see if I have to submit an amendment.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

2025H&R Block Tax software

The software was better than prior years. Due to computer changes, had to reenter the information. Found it difficult to download forms from various vendors.

Your software stinks! It won't let me file, it keeps telling me to update which I have 7 times!. Can't seem to get any help.

i used to love the ease of this program, but my return this year was rejected multiple times without providing a reason. it passed all the reviews, accuracy checks, etc. Zero errors. How can it get rejected then?!?! and on top of it all, not provide me a reason as to WHY!?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
