You won me over!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years but have recently been frustrated by a series of issues with their software for the last few years, not to mention that H&R Block Deluxe software was a better value-i.e. cheaper too! I found your product to be user friendly and more efficient than Turbo Tax. Even works on Windows 10 and it was easy to import my prior year's information from Turbo Tax. Glad I made the switch and wish I had done it a lot sooner. Thank you and I'll be back next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

software needs work

Errors made by software, very difficult to navigate back to correct.
uploading W2 from photo from cell phone (option given by software) is where errors occurred..
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience with the H&R Block Mac app. It offers zero guidance, making it no better than filing paper taxes. The app lacks a document upload feature for auto-filling, and many field names don't match the actual tax documents.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Easy to use!
