Frustrating experience this year

It was the first time I was considering another product. This year I purchased it and it would not download. Then to call to talk with someone all I get is AI not a person. I am not happy with this experience. Once software was finally download with help of Emmie and a day later calling multiple numbers I got it to work. When I spoke with someone at HR they knew there was an issue with the download.

Easy, efficient, and less pricey.

This product was better and faster than other I used. The price was better, and no surprise filing fees. I was charged what I thought was fair. import easy and quick, easy to verify from my printed record.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
