Generally, the tax preparation is pretty good. There were a few vague questions that were not explained well enough, leaving them subject to interpretation and requiring separate research. My main complaint is the horrible printing. Regardless of setting print options to fit on page, supporting documents do not print correctly AT ALL.
Pros: Easy to import documents

mostly easy to use gets the job done , but not thorough enough when you have a question. Find my self going to google for answers. Also got caught in a heath insurance question loop i couldnt get out of and ended having to mail a return in. Couldnt get an answer to get out of it.

This worked for me, as it has for many years, it is always the way I expect it to be.
One caveat; I had to buy a laptop with MS-Windows solely for the use of this software, MS-Windows is the bigger issue. If this product was available for Linux use I would likely give 5-stars for my rating.

I wish they would include the cost for filing State return in the purchase, rather than adding it on. This would make it easier to compare cost with other software.

I have used H&R Block for over 20 years. The H&R Block software leads me through the process for a successful filing. Using the previous years electronic file is helpful to reduce the time and improve accuracy.

Buy this product when it hits the shelves. Take a couple of months to enter and check, check, check my data entered. Also, make sure have the latest update before electronically sending my federal and state tax returns. Received refunds within 7-10 days.
