I have bought this product for years and have never had so much trouble using it as this year. The state program is really hard this year will be doing it by hand after I download the forms from the state.
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H&R Block software for several years. This year the eFile did not work and I could not reach anyone for assistance. I ended up mailing my return but found out the eFile went through (although software still says eFile failed).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
