This was my 12 years using H&R Block ans as usual all went well UNTIL filing. The message I received was "Unable To Connect" . It took several attempts (12) and hours until I was able to submit my Federal and State tax returns!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

YOUR SYSTEM CRASHED ON TAX DAY 4/15/24 AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT A RETURN ELECTRONICALLY AND HAD TO FILE AN EXTENSION. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Not able to download tax info from mutiple Accts

Not able to download 1099s from multiple Fideltiy accounts. The software default to the first accout entered, had to enter the rest manually.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
