I’ve been using the H&R tax software for many years (for me, my kids, and parents) and find it easy to use and very straightforward. Can’t imagine doing our taxes without it!

It’s very convenient to fill in the tax forms at my own pace and the software gives me all I need to get prepared for filing. The rates are always affordable. The only thing I would say is a web based version would be a great asset for user experience and since bulk of users are used to browser based apps, it’s more convenient and nullifies installation process

Couldn’t Eddie or pay my taxes. Had to pay directly on IRS site to be safe. Filled out their online forms from data in your software just to be sure I filled on time. Waited to send them to see if your software would finally file. Kept trying to file with you and it finally went through. Never had an issue like that with you in the over thirty-one years of buying your software. Is it finally time to look elsewhere?

I worked for HRBlock for 15 yrs as a preparer and am very comfortable with this software. I noticed one error in the software dealing with excess contributions to a 401k account (exception 8 on 1099) but the work around was easy.
