This software plenty of questions for different situations and easy to use. It would be nice to charge less for state filing fee.

I purchased the unit, I could not get it to load until, I had to,have company assist in getting it load. What happened to just keep it simple stupid?

It's clear that tax software providers are in this to make money. Taxes should be simpler and cost less to file. The surcharge to pay my federal taxes from my bank account were unconsionable. Also, there was no early discount email for this year's software. I'm not happy.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had using this product. I’ve used this product for 10+ years with no issues until now. I’ll try it one more time next year but if I have the same problem I will be switching software.
