I've used it more than once, i've never been audited, no idea if it's the highest refund, just don't want to be on the wrong side of the IRS and appears I never have. My only complaint is there are times, when you fill out the info as requested "from form X box Y" and then it comes back during the review and says "these numbers don't make sense"...well I'm not the CPA nor the one that wrote the software so you tell me why they're wrong

The functionality and ease of your program is second to none. That being said, I'd love to be able to upload PDF documents. My employer provided my W-2 as a PDF and I had to input the information by hand. Not a big time draw, but it did take up time.
