Software typical , no better no worse than others. Upon trying to file, servers had a major glitch, no direct human interaction via support 2+ hours in chat to at last have someone advice " we are working on the problem try later " !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is simple to use and intuitive. However, I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait over 1.5 months for some of the forms. Also, the communication on the updates and the accuracy wasn’t good

We have used this product many years, and we will continue to because it is easier to have previous information on file. BUT, the instructions on the software itself say that the PIN you create at the end of the process so you can check the processing status is a THREE DIGIT number. It isn't until you click on the Help menu you get accurate information. It is a FIVE DIGIT number.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
