I was concerned that I had to manually add some figures to a worksheet I felt the software should have handled. Then e-filing was down for days when taxes were coming due. Company was slow to acknowledge the issue. And took the attitude of "just mail it." But preparing to mail returns takes time and we paid for Federal e-filing. Each e-file attempt caused a new hold on the credit card for the state e-file. This was a terrible experience.
Lacked timely updates, promised updates cost me extra money in wasted filing fees, absolute garbage, had to pay a preparer to complete and file because this software wouldn’t complete and submit my returns
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software was fine to a point. The not able to e-file was crazy! Almost not being able to e-file on the 15th was crazy! Also having it charge my account before it even went through was stupid. Please charge AFTER you know it was not an issue.
