Was unable to file online, had to print and mail. Last year had issues due to death of spouse, this year it was IRS PIN number requirement for my daughter that has never had a pin

It's really easy to use for Federal filing and even easier to use for State filing since all the required information is imported automatically into the State return. I trust the accuracy of my returns and wouldn't consider changing to different software package.
