The software is OK. It's good for basic taxes, relatively straight forward to use. The software lacks depth and breadth of full filing requirements and the help desk is pretty much limited to telling you what is already in the software, but maybe some people don't read. I had to find outside resources for some questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

The march software update failed and I had to start over by downloading a fresh version. I selected Colorado as my state but the installation failed then it insisted that I buy Colorado again. It was not a pleasant experience.
Pros: Easy to prepare
