Great for simple returns. Some portions are so automated it’s difficult to follow what’s happening as it’s happening. It would be nice to be able to follow the process as it’s happening for confidence in results.

This was the first year that I had any problem. Not all of my deductions were populated on the proper forms for submission. I had to play around with the program to get all the pages submitted.
