Verified Purchase:Yes
H&R Block does not support the Arizona Military Family Relief Fund tax credit Form 340 and does not support the Arizona Foster Care tax credit Form 352. It takes a manual manipulation to take these credits using the software.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was ready to submit my tax return but could not because H&R Block delayed making the clean vehicle credit form available for 6 weeks. I think it should reimburse me for the interest that I missed out on.

Had to file pretty late in the season (thanks for the late forms, employer). Interview part of the program worked OK, filing not so much. Wound up still unable to complete the send even on 4/15, so filed my son's state and federal on paper (he owed) and filed an extension for mine (they owe me). Only days after 4/15 did it let me send the already-completed return. I may still use HR Block next year, but only if I can file way early, to account for the Block's inadequate preparation for peak activity.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
