We've been using this software for years to file our taxes and have been very happy with it. This year, however, there was one huge software glitch with the Deluxe Edition (No State). We performed a software update before finishing our 2023 tax return, but that software update caused an error, a glitch which did not update the Social Security worksheet we had previously completed. That error would have cost us money this year instead of us getting a refund. However, during the review portion of the return along with my wife's keen attention to detail manually caught the error in the SSA worksheet and she fixed it herself. I'm glad she was the one that did the taxes this year! At this point, we're not sure we will use your software next tax season.

Couldn't E-file on April 14th or early April 15th

I completed my return on April 14th at 9PM and could not e-file. I tried multiple times that night and then on the15th until noon. I had to print out the return and go to the Post Office on my lunch. The website never gave any indication that there was a problem so I didn't know when it might be fixed. I will be trying something else next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
