I have used H & R Block tax software for the 16 years because it has been the easiest method of preparing my taxes. It has never taken me more than two hours to do my taxes. It's always quick and easy.

For the most part, the tax prep software seems to be comprehensive and accurate but I did have trouble using some of the features, such as importing documents and preparing estimated taxes. Those features either did not work or instructions were very confusing.
