Instructions, and process are laid out easy to use. However, I got audited last year, and had to pay taxes (and penalty) on something that was missed. Not sure if it was my fault, or this program's fault.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I paid for the State and Federal Software, then had to pay for the state again. Could not file Federal electronically had to file by paper.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The best indicator of the quality of a product is whether or not a consumer would buy it again. I've used this software since 2014, switching from TurboTax after that company started charging extra for some features of their product. I've been very happy with HR Block software. Easy to use and accurate.
