I have used H&R Block software for many, many years. This is the first year where I have not trusted the results -- simply changing from one page to the other changed the number drastically, and at one point I had to start over entirely. I do not think I will ever use this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst. Had 1 nj and 2 my states. Couldn't add couldn't receptrocate. Caused 14k error. Switched to TurboTax and it did it correct.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
