Have been using your software for a long time. Would have rated it excellent except for two issues: (1) slowness and quantity of updates was tedious. I realize the lawmakers are often responsible for delays but this was particularly annoying because we were expecting a good refund; and (2) there was a noticeable increase in quantities of data required and a plethora of mini worksheets. In the end, we got the refund and have put the matter to bed.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

I found that your 2023 Software was lacking when it came to the Clean Fuel Credit. It took me several attempts before I was able to fill out the appropriate form correctly. The information in the 2023 Software was sorely lacking.
