Many sections were very clear, but I had a very difficult time figuring out how to report earnings in which I didn't have a 1099.

I been using HR Block Deluxe SW for years. This year it had too many software glitches that i had to wait for SW updates before I could complete the return. VERY frustrating.

Have used H&R Deluxe software for a number of years. When beginning a new year's program, all the old information comes up thus making it easy to proceed. Since most of my entries are for the same places each year, the program already brings up the information so I do not have to enter it again.
