This year I was disappointed by H&R's failure to accept E-file submissions for over 16 hours on April 14 to April 15. Importing 1099- B from the broker did not work this year, for grouping sales, I had to enter the group sales manually. Also the "Take Me To" wizard did not automatically take to me to the Form 1116 dialog. Apparently Form 1116 must be manually selected, but there is no warning from the software telling of this requirement

Good job importing TurboTax data (switched due to cost advantage of HR Block). Great job going through the tax return. Poor job in accessing help topics - program said I wasn’t connected to internet although the update, etc ran flawlessly (albeit slow).
For the last three years I could not import my US Bancorp Investments 1099. This year USB worked fine, but Edward Jones would not import. In the past that has worked fine. Nothing changed on my end. Once again, I had to manually enter 1099 info.
