YOU FAILED US

This year was a total disaster. We e-filed and it didn't go through. So, we had to go paper file and send through the mail with a check. Then, we get an email five days later that it has been e-filed. Now, we have funds that have been withdrawn from our account and a check with the same amount that will be withdrawn as well. We will be out double our payment and we don't know how or when we will get it back. No, I will not use this product again nor will I recommend it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Part of the April 15th inability to submit Taxes

I have been using H&R Block software since 2011. Wasn't able to submit my taxes on April 15th with many button clicks. I wasn't too annoyed. Went out of my way to file extensions on Federal and State. My software now says Federal if filed, but State is Pending (for a week). Talked with support and they said I have to mail my State in, which I am quite annoyed with. I will be looking elsewhere next year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Information disappeared after entry which made refund incorrect. Had to create a whole new tax return to get correct information reported. Probably will not use this software next year.

State didn't work at all, keeps getting rejected..

I bought this just to see if I would get a tax return. I did my Federal, and when I went to the State. I filled in all the stuff they asked for, and sent it in. I don't know why it won't go through.
