Good product.. with a few missing features

Requires a feature to directly enter forms. I received a 1099-Q but could not find any place in the interview to enter it.
The planning tools are poor. It did not know the correct IRA limits for 2024. It should tell me how much I can contribute in 2024 from the MAGI in 2023 (after asking a few things and making the assumptions it needs). It has a lot on conversions, but not much on contribution limits.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gets the job done

In general, the software is straight forward to use and gets the task completed without major issues. However, it would be great if copying or moving entries could be available between forms of the same type, like a 1099 entries. In my case, I had to delete a long list of entries from one form and reenter them again.
If another product offers this I will switch.

Final scan picks up issues that need earlier fixes

This software needs to be more cohesive. For the first time in years, the final scan for filing picked up a new error (average mortgage balance?). That needs to be handled at interview time. You need redundant servers so people can file on the 15th. You were MIA with "Bad Gateway" message, down for almost a whole day. The stock sale interface needs a makeover badly ! I may be looking for a new package next year.

Frustrating experience

Your marketing team is excellent because I keep buying the product. Your product team can improve. I know I missed at least one deduction because it wouldn’t allow me to calculate vehicle tax on the state return. Directions are in IRS speak, not plain business language.
