I have used HRBlock for many years and have always found it to be my tool of preference for filing my tax return. After selling my home in 2022 at a huge capital gain, I decided to use a CPA. Actually, I could have done it myself using HRBlock and avoided some issues when my return was filed LATE!. Never again. I will go with what I have trusted over the years.

The software wouldn’t let send through E-file because it went down on the 15th. I purchased deluxe so I could E- file my fed taxes free. H&R Block owes me a refund for not being able to E File.

I've been using your software since when you had to buy it in a box and it was called TaxCut. This year when I tried to submit my return electronically it gave me a Bad Gateway error. I spent the day monitoring online sources to find out that your servers were down until late in the day on April 15. This makes me question whether I'm going to use your service next year when there are much more stable options out there. Perhaps it's time for a change.
