Servers went down. Charged credit card multiple times. Absolute nightmare! TurboTax Inam all your from here on out!

Eventually was able to submit but HR block server was down when I was trying to send my efile.

This continues to be my choice in tax software providing great value for the cost.
I would suggest that they better highlight the changes in tax code from year to year. I have been using them from year to year from when itemizing deductions mattered. I would have liked some notice of how the process had simplified on the state side. It would have made the process even faster and simpler.
I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade. However this year, H&R block let me down in a big way. Buying premium, I found out that it could not handle filing as a Trust or Estate! This was not what I was led to believe.
Then I could not eFile my taxes the weekend before April 15 (Monday). Surely they would have been prepared for the volume of customers that needed to file by Monday!?! In the end, I had to file on paper and now I need to deal with a dozen credit card charges on my CC bill for eFile attempts that did not go through!!

Very happy with purchase less expensive than other software and imports files with no issues. Software easy to use no problems updating software or with e file
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
The software was fine but when it came to E-file I could not and I tried multiple times. This caused my credit card to be charged every time I tried to efile. This caused a lot of confusion so this needs to be fixed in the future.
Pros: Easy to import documents
