Been using this since TaxCut for about 20 years. I've decided I'm moving on. I couldn't submit the day before or the day of Tax Day. Failed at the last step e-filing. I was charged 6 times for e-filing and still failed. I'm moving on to a competitor.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

This application does a terrible job of importing data from stock brokers and banks, everything is janky. But, the worst part is that efiling was unavailable most of the day on April 15 which meant I had to waste my entire day panicking and trying to find alternatives.

I think it would be nice if you would have told me what I needed to do to correct my return. By the time I your reject of my return, all the tax people are up to their ears in customers. I usually love doing my returns on your software. Not this time. I think you could do a note to people who will have to have help in the next year's return because they have reached an age that Fidelity return data will be a night mare so they can get help or make an early appointment with a tax person.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
