I have used H&R Block for over 20 years. The fact that the server went down ON TAX DAY is a problem. A worse problem is your complete lack of communication to the community, your customers, or any other media regarding the outage. How many people were not able to file their taxes on time because of your negligence? You knew the system was down the day before. You should have been all over every communication outlet telling everyone so that they could have made alternate plans. Additionally, your multiple charges for the attempts to submit the e-file is egregious. Shame on you. You need to make this right.

Unfortunately after using the product since 2012, next year I will be looking for a replacement tax software. Stressing out the 2 days before taxes were due because I could not transmit my information made me want to switch.

On 4/15/24, the software was failing almost all day. I finally got my extension submitted late in the evening. I tried at least 15 times. Extremely frustrating!!!
