I've been using the H&R Block Software since 2013, and I've never had a problem. It is easy to use with clear step by step questions. I love how quick and easy it is to import my financial information and how it puts it all in the correct places. It has been a consistently great product that I plan to use forever.

I had repeated problems with the H&R server when I tried to file. Filing status never updated correctly in the program. Also, the error checking just opened a long complicated form with no indication what I was supposed to be correcting.

I pre-ordered a software package in November and had to pay twice then the process was so hidden that it took too long to find certain items the dumber you make it for the current generation the lousier it become

I have been using H&R Block Tax Software for over 30 years. In the past few years, the software has indicated, in the Audit Check at the end, that data needs to be reviewed and corrected. But the software does not return you to the interview form but rather directly to the tax form. Working in this manner is horrible. It takes me longer to understand the issue and understand the appropriate place to make the change, then to do the entire tax return. I most likely will be exploring other tax software preparation options next year. This experience is deplorable.

system crash on the morning of 4-15, really !!!

I had my taxes all ready to electronically submit on Monday morning (last day to file) but after multiple attempts HR Block would not connect and send. Running out of time I decided to print and mail only to later get an email that my taxes had successfully transmitted. NOW WHAT??? I've got two in process. No idea what happens next.
