Once I got the correct download, it worked great. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it no longer automatically downloads, you have to choose Mac or Windows. It took me almost an hour & help from a computer expert to figure it out.

absolute garbage, server down for hours on tax day

title says everything. no announcement, asked customer to wait or manual file without giving an ETA, given its sole purpose is e-file tax, what happened is unacceptable. my software still cannot show correct status till today and i cannot file state. Stay away and thank me later!

I was unable to efile when I attempted due to an “bad gateway” error message and multiple temporary authorization charge holds were placed on on my credit card each time I attempted. Ended up having to take additional time and pay to efile my state return. Simply unacceptable.
