The bug when filing from my desktop caused much frustration and excessive tying up of funds when repetitive charges were applied.
It caused much frustration in what had been for several years a mostly helpful filing program.

I normally have a high level of confidence in the software, after successfully using it for many, many years. Unfortunately, this year was a nightmare. The site clearly had web services issues, which created clear problems for the users. Likewise, the user feedback for the issues was non-existent, which generated a high level of frustration and dissatisfaction. It tool >24 hours to fix the problems. Ugh! I would recommend the product, but ONLY if there was confidence that the core issues would not be present in the future.

I had a hard time doing my taxes this year because my husband passed away in September and some things were different. I had to call for help a couple of times, I got the help I needed. The form I was having the hardest time with I didn’t need to use, she told me how to check and then told me to delete it and go on. After doing so I was able to finish quickly and get it sent.
