Spent nearly 2 hours attempting to process e file online. Software and system sent confusing and contradicting messages. Not fun!!

You had one job. That is to keep your servers up so that paying customers could efile when they completed their taxes. I could not, my credit card got charged multiple times (charges still pending) and a state of panic set in as to if I had to print and hustle to the post office.
Completely inexcusable for a company of your size in the last 24 hours before taxes are due.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn't submit it electronically to the IRS upon completion of my taxes. Had to wait several hours to try again. Monitored Twitter for an announcement. My credit card had (and still has as of today) multiple pending holds, tying up my available credit.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

IRS rejected due to form not working correctly. E-filing capability was down for two days due to issues on HRB that were widely publicized, never again will we use HRB, they lost all trust from us.

Couldn't handle a K-1, interview section for partnership was very poorly written. Multiple "errors" where it threw zeroes onto forms I didn't need at all. Garbage experience, honestly thinking about switching after many years of no problems.

I like that the program gives assurance of being "ready to file." Servers somewhere were on the fritz at 2:00 AM early 4-15-2024 but were operating okay at 9:00 AM same date central time. Whatever problem there was, was corrected timely.
