The inability to file for several hours was frustrating, as was being told on social media to just print and mail my return. I purchased the product so as not to print and mail a return. I have used your software over a decade and a half, but I am reconsidering my choices for the future.

I’ve been using H&R Block for many years and find it very user-friendly. Most of the background information is carried forward from year to year. I had an entry from last year that I didn’t have current information for and found out I had never received the 1099 that I should have. there are many “ helps” along the way if you don’t understand something. The price is very reasonable compared to other tax programs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

E-filing was stucked in gateway error for almost 24 hours. No communication were sent. Printed out the retuens, almost went to post office. Very bad.

This software is pretty easy to use. It worked well when I was working and now in retirement. I was a little concerned when there was difficulty filing on tax day. But I was able to successfully file later in the say so it worked out. It’s a little time consuming.

I prepared my taxes in plenty of time but I owed money for the stinkin' Federal taxes so I decided to wait until the last day to submit. Big mistake! I got error message after error message every time I submitted for at least 6 hours. I finally was able to submit around 4:30 EST. What a joke and a stressful experience!

Very disappointed in the product. Have used it for several years and ran into a lengthy bad gateway error on filing day.
Also I looked at trying to file as married, filing separately. The program did not seem to split income as stated when entering information for a communal property state.
