I had to try to submit my return I don’t know how many times before I finally seemed to get it submitted. I got two emails, one saying my return was rejected and one saying it was accepted. My software to showed it had not been submitted. I went to IRS.gov and was able to confirm they received my return.
Awful experience with April 15th deadline looming. Please refund my money.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the software was easy to use, the servers accepting submissions were clogged on 4/14. I never had the software indicate that my submission for federal e-file when through. However, I did later get an email that said my return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tax preparation and overall product function was fairly easy and intuitive. Federal E-file function was a nightmare. Attempted a few times and the program feedback was inadequate. Got messages that my filing could not be completed. Eventually got for emails that said my filing had been completed--twice. Than got a notification it was rejected by IRS. Looking in the program, my file was tagged as rejected and the reason was because I had already filed. No indication in the program that it was filed and accepted.(IRS has dinged my bank for the money so I assume it has been.) Poor experience this time with this program.It looks like it's time to go back with one of the the competitors.
