I bought it a half a year ago and used it to determine if I needed to send money in because I owed more and I did, but it was less then the total amount. Things went ok except there were problems getting it updated to the latest programs/forms and it did not deal with changes very well.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible software with glitches, server failures

I've been woth HR block for two decades and birthed how terrible the software has become over the last 3 years. Their chat support Iis full of people who can't help with taxes, can't help with technical issues, really only cut and paste standard answers. Never again.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I can't think of anything worse than have tax software crash on April 15th. I attempted to efile 3 returns and I still don't know if they were filed. I opened a case but I still haven't heard from anyone. I'll be using a different program next year.

Your server went down at some point on or before April 14 as I tried for hours on the 14th to submit 3 tax returns. Not until some time around noon eastern did you disclose the issue. I had to scramble to secure documents and file by paper.
