Unbelievable E-file DISASTER! Refund my purchase!

You had ONE JOB!!! E file was down Sunday 4/14 and Monday 4/15. NO communication, no support. No way to tell if return was filed or not. You should refund my purchase price.

Is relatively clear, biggest drawdown is the required 'update' after filing separate returns. Would be beneficial explanation as to why filing NJ state return electronically incurs a fee as opposed to mailing-or suggest alternative.

After multiple attempts at trying to e-file the taxes, kept getting an error message. Ultimately had to print them and was going to mail them. Unexpectedly got an email saying the taxes went through and we’re accepted. Not sure how that happened because every time I submitted them, there was an error message. Very very frustrating.

bought software to be able to electronically submit taxes and when i went to submit on april 14 and 15 i couldn't until last minute and had to take time off of work to do it. this will be my last year with H&R block. I also got audited for my 2022 tax return by the IRS because your software was not updated for the revised mortgage caps.

Perhaps the server was down on april 14, but it should not happen since e-file was one of the reasons on getting the software. Improve your server or data flow as recommendation.

I have been using HR Block for years. It handles more complicated situations better than any other software I have seen. I wish that it would allow you to efile state returns when you have a K1. Also the state tax programs can really add up when you need several of them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
