Could not file my tax on tax day, keep saying bad gateway. Tried so many times, it finally went through but IRS website still says hasn't processed my tax return. I am worried.

I’ve used your software since it was Taxcut and I’ve never had a problem before this year. However I will no longer be a customer after your April 14 and 15 Gateway issue. I could have handled the problem but your lack of communication with customers on the most important tax day of the year is unforgivable. Shame on you.
