The Software itself is good, but having the issue on April 15th forced me to print and mail in my return, and additional cost and possible increased scrutiny from the IRS. Partial Refund??

I was very disappointed with the issues that developed while trying to file returns on the last weekend for filing. This caused great stress and inconvenience for many people when a product that was paid for did not give the service as expected.

Had trouble e-filing on 4/14, kept trying. Tried again on 4/15, still wouldn't connect. I printed everything, grabbed the checkbook and prepared to mail my return. Checked my email before heading to the post office and had several "your return has been rejected" messages, and one saying "your return has been accepted. Waited till I got home and went to the HRB software and it said there were still problems. IRS debited my account so I guess they got my return.

System Crashed, couldn't submit taxes online, needed to mail return per their website and they still filed my taxes without my approval and sent money along! I got no notification except from my bank! Support and resolution was "zero"! I had to fix everything!

A total disaster. I have used Taxcut for 10 years without any issues. This year, I could not efile because of Taxcut outage. The worst part is that I sill don't know if the efile was successful. I tried six times and each rime I got an error message that it failed and I should try again later. I tried 6 times and all failed. However, I got 4 separate emails saying I filed successfully and 2 that said it was rejected. To be safe, I printed and mailed it in. I will never use Taxcut again.

The software failed to transmit my return (I started trying on the evening of April 14). I cannot begin to describe the total hassle it was to print and do it the old fashioned way. I want my money back.
