Been using the tool for years. I like that it keeps up with latest updates from IRS. I think the user interface is still not ideal. I have questions that are not easy to find the answers. I used the chat service to get help, but still not completely clear on how to get it into the tool.
Pros: Easy to import documents

The actual software program is very good. But the gateway to e-file went down on Sunday 4/14 and was still not operating by mid-morning on Monday 4/15. Ended up having to print and mail the return and a check. A big hassle at the last minute. Will rethink my choice of software going forward.

I was a victim of the April 14th server crash. Had my taxes all completed in advance of deadline and all it lacked was to e-file. HR block failed me at the most important time. Had to rush to make printed copies and get them in the mail the next day. Major letdown.
