Worked great until it was time to efile. One of the reasons I have used H&R Block in the past is because I can efile. When I tried this year, I kept getting an error message "Bad Gateway". Very disappointed

It was very frustrating to have the outage. I was scrambling around to get things together to manually mail. That wasted my time and cost me money to get materials. Lack of communications on status was also disappointing.
