The price is ridiculous and it is so hard to get online. I was really disappointed in the whole process. Then I had my birthdate wrong and it didn’t catch it.i liked it when you went to the store and bought the cd. I know I’m so old school.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always used HR block to do ny taxes. This might ge the last year. I tried numerous times to submit my taxes electronically and everytime I got a bad gateway. Even getting a bad gateway message, somehow one of the forms went through. Now I have no clue if I submitted multiple times, or if anything went through since I tried to check my status only to get the same error. It is not my computer, I did nothing to the machine nor is it my internet service. It in not acceptable to receive a message like that 2 days before taxes are due. Nothing posted online, nor does it seem it was even monitored. I ended up printing my taxes and waited in line to send it via the mail. After this experience I will more than likely switch to turbotax

Paid too much on taxes because of error in the app. There was no way to correct it. Will need to send on a hand amended return

I've been using this program for years but this year might be the last. The program crashed the day before tax day and it lasted until tax day. On top of that I was charged four times to file my state taxes when even though I had to print them out and send them in after the system kept saying unable to create e-file and closed.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used it anjually for lime 10 years and it has worked just fine. On this year's efile it glitched when submitting, throwing the submission and acceptance confirmations in a tail spin.
