Easy to use - some interview questions missing

This software has always been easy to use. For those of us who have to purchase an additional State software (live in Wisconsin, work in Minnesota) - the cost of the 2nd state is a bit high. It should be half the price or even included with the original cost. I noticed some interview questions regarding my dependent college-attending child missing. This became apparent when I tried to submit the MN taxes and it kept showing an error. I had to look at the whole form of my Federal to find 2 boxes that were not checked - it said to answer the question in the interview process, but I went through it several times and they were never asked (one was about if my child was enrolled in college and the other was if they were considered disabled). I had to manually check the boxes on the form.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this software for 12 years. Never have I had problems as I have had with it as I did this year. There are changes that made it difficult.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The application is fairly easy to use but I'm not sure that it maximized my refund. The payment options were limited and they required the disclosure of too much personal information. I just know that HR Block is going to sell my info. I've used this product for the last 10 years but not sure that I will do so next year.

(For this questionnaire, I am seeing a "disable adblocker to ensure submission". So, was THIS a problem for the tax submission? Gee - no warning THERE for the important service, but this almost valueless 'service'?!!)
After completing the 1080 with my income, the attempts to submit return demanded some medical insurance identification. Huh? What?!! Sorry... I refuse to give out insurance info. I could find NO HELP TEXT explaining this error, so I guess HRBlock doesn't care. When I've used in-person visits, my "INT" forms were sufficient. I never had medical insurance questions. I won't use HRBlock software in the future. This isn't so time-consuming - TIME WASTING is the proper term.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
