Outage really messed things up. I submitted my state taxes the day before tax day and it wouldn’t check status due to their outage. I wasn’t able to get the status and print the form to mail my check until less than an hour before post offices closed on APRIL 15!!! Won’t be using again.

I waited hours in the phone and in the chat room with no answer. It took you over 15 hours to even put on the tax site that it was your problem, so I also spend several hours trying to adjust my computer, even trying another computer. My credit card has been charged 4 or 5 times so now I need to waste time checking to make sure that is taken care of properly.

The software has always been adequate, but the communication to customers during the outage on the 14th and 15th was unacceptable! If you would have simply acknowledged the issue and sent updates regarding progress then I would have remained a customer.
