E-file Bad Gateway Error not handled very well

I e-filed through the desktop software during the HR Block outage on 4-15-2024 and received bad gateway error. I tried again and received the same error. Subsequently, I received two emails from HRBlock. 1) return rejected. 2) return accepted. However, in the software program, the e-file status is not filed. The program was updated with an information box explaining the error and instructing me to e-file again. However, I checked the IRS "where's my refund" website and the IRS status is "return received". I need a software update to reflect the correct e-file status.
Very disappointed in the quality of this product.
Also, in general, the program does not support some basic items relative to K-1's and Schedule C's.

Maybe it's me but, IMHO, the interview process with regard to RMDs was very poor and confusing. Likewise, the review process raised some issues that made no sense to me.
Also, after importing last year's TC data, I was still prompted to manually enter data from last year's return into a form.

The price was fine, rest of the experience while filing forms etc has been alright. But then I kept getting error messages while transmitting the tax. This went on for hours, waited for 2 h to get live help then gave up. Wasted a lot of time and felt terrible in the end, the purchase price should be refunded.
