Bad help:
- help screen pop up covers the item you are working on
- easier to use IRS help ( and that is not simple)
- federal online submit was rejected due to my fault but could not resubmit online. Had to mail it in. Paid for state efile but since federal
Efile failed had to mail state as well.
- online help - I was 24 person in line for 4 hours or more (I gave up)

I bought the deluxe so I'd have federal and state included. There was limited guidance and when I went to file the state efile was going to cost me. Apparently only the state software was included.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Not to good. I was upset when I could not e-file my forms. Apparently a problem with the H&R servers on 4/14 and 4/15. Had to print and mail. Also got a message saying we know we have problems do not call.

I have used H&R Block Tax software in the past with no issues. This year I cannot say the same. Spent numerous hours trying to fe-file to only get error message after error message because their servers were having problems. Then I spent hours waiting online to speak with a human to find out why the software wasn't working properly. Waste of my time.

Was trying to submit return on April 14. For HOURS, I was getting an error message. There was a server issue. Had to stay up well past midnight and even, then never showed it was submitted. However, I got emails saying it was submitted and accepted. I wasn't even sure if I could trust that. I should be able to file at any time on any day without issue. Not reliable and won't use again. I also don't think there is a lot of help or information provided when you're confused about something. I don't want to have to chat, call, or go online. Explain it clearly in the software so I can move on.
